At Elegant Spaces, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a hassle-free return policy.


Eligibility
You may return most new, unused, and unopened items purchased on [https://www.elegant-spaces.in/] within [5] days from the date of delivery for a full refund. However, you may be required to share product photographs or videos to determine the product condition before processing your order refund. Some exclusions may apply (see below).


Return Exceptions

  • Items where it is explicitly marked that it cannot be returned or exchanged / "final sale"

  • Some custom-made products, special orders, and personalized items that cannot be returned or exchanged, which will be clearly communicated to you at the time of making the purchase.

  • Used or Damaged Items: Items that show signs of wear or damage due to mishandling by the customers cannot be returned. Hence, you are suggested to make an unboxing video once you receive the product, this will greatly benefit you to get easy return and refund.

Return Process

  1. Request a Return Authorization (RMA): To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team by email at [elegantspaces.in@gmail.com] or phone at [+91-956 015 3033] within [5] days of receiving your order. You will be issued an RMA number and instructions on how to return your item.

  2. Pack Your Return: Carefully pack your return items in the original packaging, if possible. Please include all original documentation and tags.

  3. Ship Your Return: Ship your return to the address provided on your RMA. We recommend using a trackable shipping service with insurance. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

  4. Return Processing: Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item(s) and process your refund within [7] business days. You will receive a notification email once your refund is issued.

Refunds Payment Mode

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment mode used during the purchase.

  • Shipping costs will not be refunded unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Exchanges
Unfortunately, we are not currently able to process exchanges. If you wish to receive a different item, you will need to return your original item for a refund and then place a new order.
